Obama's drilling permits?

What's with all of this complaining about him not giving out any drilling permits? I know Bachmann said he only gave out One but that's very much untrue. The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement said that since the beginning of Obamas' presidency they have issued 293 drilling permits. That's allot more than one...
