My friend forged a lease on my forclosed home?

She was staying in the home with her children and boyfriend she had no where to go . i told her to let me know when the notice was put on the door. she didnt ended up going to court with a forged lease. the prosecuting atty figured it out it has been adjourned what are the consequenses for this and what can i do ?
