Are the overly Feminine gay guys doing this out of attention or is this really them?

I believe some gay people are naturally born more feminine than others, but I think more gays are naturally born acting like Will instead of Jack (Will and Grace TV Show) I believe that the gays that prance around acting like women in a mans body do this simply out of the need for attention. What do you guys think?
