2nd HDD not shown in "My Computer" after reinstalling Windows 7?

I have 2 working HDD before reinstalling Win 7. The problem is 2nd HDD (used as backup, pics, etc.) is not shown in My Computer. It was detected by BIOS, shown in Device Manager but not in My Computer. Tried re-install the HDD, update driver-same thing. Also Disk management and the only option I have when I right click the drive is "Help". Thank you in advance.
