Are horses colorblind?

Some believe that they are, yet evidence has been found to prove they aren't. Much like dogs, who see most colors in much duller tones than humans, horses are thought to see in limited color. I found a website (below) that deals specifically with horses and suggests that yelow is one of the most prominent colors they can see.
