What happens if you fail the Personality Test given at Hallmark?

I applied for a Sales Associate position at Hallmark and after the interview, the manager gave me a long personality test to be completed. I've heard that if you answer questions from a management perspective, you can possibly fail the test. My question is, does a failure on the test equal not getting a job there? How long do you think it would take them to assess my answers? I feel like my interview went really well...just some of the questions on the personality test threw me off.
