On halo reach, is there an offline credit per match limit?

I imagine you have the Inheritor rank. The credit per match limit varies between rank. Let's say you can get 10 credits per 5 minutes at Recruit, but get 500 credits per match being a Commander. The higher the rank, the higher the credit limit.
