I uninstalled my sound, and I have no idea how to get it back, help?

Okay, so first of all I was removing programs from my computer because I have low disk space and accidentally removed my sound. I tried going in the Device Management to see if there was a yellow question mark next to Sound, video, and game controllers, there's nothing. I even tried installing a new sound program, but that didn't work either. What else can I do?
