Can a charge before probation violate you?

i am going to court on a felony for possession of a forged insrument. i go back to court in a view days in which i will be telling them i will accept deversion probation for 5 years. before i got this charge i had some bad checks out that i was trying to pay for but couldn't come up with the money. im trying to get the money to pay for them now before i go to court and accept the probation but am having trouble still coming up with all of it. if i dont get to pay them and i take probation and they notify me about the check (which they have not yet and it has been almost a year) could that violate my probation?
