I know this is long but I really want peoples opinions on this? Please answer:)?

First, let me say it was a pretty nice read :) Babbling about things like this isn't a terrible thing. I would have to agree on the assessment that he likes you. Just keep talking to him and try to go out of your way to talk to him even more than you do now. As you go on, give him little hints that you like him again and see how he reacts to know if he likes you for sure or not. And then why not take a chance? If you work up the courage and think it won't affect anything in a bad way just tell him how you feel about him and see what he says. If you need more help, feel free to email me :)
