Pokerstars... I thought play chips reloaded automatically all the time.... Is there a limit?...?

Some guy told me every time u go bust it auto reloads you, so this got me thinking ' what's the point of bankroll management for the first double ups?'. My theory was I keep going all in every hand until I'm satisfied with my bankroll and every time I go bust it auto reloads... However after going bust 3 times it didn't reload.... WTF am I stuck like this???
