Under quebec law,what can we do if we lost an appeal to have the debters bankrupcy overturned?

my ex sister in law has lied under oath, stolen money from her ex husband, went against the courts order to pay him his legal share of property sold, forged his signature on tax returns, and after all this she filed personal bankrupcy and has worn, we tried to overturn/appeal the courts decision in claiming that she is not backrupt and we lost the appreal. what other alternative do we have?
