Should i foreclose or not?

i'm sorry i didn't get your question. are you asking if YOU should foreclose? or if the bank should foreclose YOUR property. if the former, what are you gonna foreclose? if the latter, i suggest you find a way to pay your mortgage. the bank will not care if your tenant doesn't pay you because your mortgage is a contractual obligation between YOU and the Bank and no one else. in other words, all the Bank will care about is your mortgage payments and if that doesn't come in soon, they WILL foreclose your property
