Is the anti bullying cause just a way to force people to accept the abnormality of homosexuality?

Now, I know there was that one girl Phoebe Prince, but face it, teenage girls have always been mean to each other. Nothing new there. Isn't the real reason you hear so much about anti bullying because some fruit killed himself after his roommate posted a video on youtube? The way I see it is that the anti bullying cause is really just bullying the people who know a freak when they see one, which is usually when it prances down the street holding hands with another guy.
