If a Xbox 360 game gets the "perfect circle" scratch and gets cleaned can it be readable?

My halo reach game got scratch got this perfect circle scratch, it can't load "Forge World" related and I cant also play Big team battle in matchmaking. So, If I get the disc cleaned, will it be able to load the maps again?
