Business Managements Course ?

hello there , my self nik from mumbai , i am into business of steel product manufacturing industries , business is going low day by day. and now i want to improve business, i am not graduate. just passed 10th ssc then i join to work. but now i am seeking any business managements course in mumbai, i can not join any collage. so i m seeking any institute who teach me some advance business management technique or some kind of knowledge for my business and for me , so pls suggest me how to do that and how can i improve my business skills ..... sorry for long essay
