After a declaratory judgment, determining the owner of a theft recovered vehicle, what options are there?

my truck was stolen,(11-1-2010) i didn't know til (12-22-2010) i reported it after confirming it wasn't towed(1-10-2011) then its recovered(1-25-2011), then given away at the interpleader hearing(5-13-2011), to the used car dealer who buys it from the guy who bought it from the thief. my signature was forged on the stolen title, notarized by a stolen notary's' stamp, and sold. keep in mind, nobody transferred the title by the time i went down to mvd to get the replacement, (12-07-2010) the police were called when the guy who bought it from the used car dealer tried to transfer everything from my name to his. the used car dealer shows no bill of sale
