How can I fix my Forge World map in Halo: Reach?

So my friends and I decided one night to make an epic Infection map on Forge World, but towards the end of our creation, it began to devolve into random betrayals and the like. Then my friend thought it would be funny to delete all the spawn points, drop one in the ocean, and put it in a bunker. He then proceeded to kill us and finally himself. This left us with instant death at the moment of respawn, without the ability to fix it. We saved the map because of all the time that was put into it, but we cannot find a way to edit anything at all in order to prevent the instant death. Please help!!
